The outsole is constructed of the best carbon fibers in the world which are stiff yet compliant. The custom moldable insole, made by Sides specifically for fi'zi:k, is designed to provide support to the longitudinal arch, the metatarsal arch and the heel cup maintaining supreme comfort for long distances. The upper is constructed of a breathable neoprene which provides ample ventilation on top of water-resistance and ease of entry. The straps are designed to insure only the smoothest of transitions.

Extremely Light, Extremely comfortable, Sturdy, just have a great feel, the Neoprene tongue is so nice compared to stitiched and sewed in tongue on most shoes, the only complaint i have is that the straps are too long and the non velcro tip, hits my crank arm, i might go to cobbler and have them shorten the straps on the top section.I love these shoes even with the strap issue.... Much more comfortable than my present Shimano Tri shoes... By a wide margin.Highly recommend.
